Park

friendly town of Alpine, Texas.
Located in the beautiful mountains of West Texas, Alpine is the
headquarters for the Big Bend National Park. Near by are the
Davis Mountains, historical Ft. Davis, the McDonald Observatory, the
Marfa Mystery Lights (seen on the TV show Unsolved Mysteries), and
spectacular wildlife viewing! Alpine is also the home of Sul Ross
University where the museum of Big Bend is located. The climate is
mild year round and a perfect place to visit all year long. Come see
for yourself the beauty and the wonder of the place called the Last
Frontier!

Spectacular
mountain scenery and whispering pine trees are enjoyed by all at the Lost Alaskan RVP. The nearby mountains ranges are remnants of anceint volcano eruptions. Many rock hunters or Rockhounds love this area do to the large variety and assorted sizes of mineralized treasures.

Enter a world of wide open
spaces where the sites are all Big Rig sites,
over 90 feet long and 35 feet wide.
Summer of 2006, a new swimming pool and splash pad were installed. In 2007, we added deluxe tenting areas with shelters and a fenced playground. Our 4500 ft. altitude allows all to enjoy pleasant summer days and cool summer nights with little humidity. Join us and cool off in Alpine. |
NEW 12 MEG WI-FI INTERNET SERVICE
Free high speed Wi-Fi to overnight guests,
You asked for it... You got it! Fall 2012 we changed providers and upgraded our satellite internet service, with much more band-width and user space. We have 12 meg service now. This service is free to all of our overnight guests, a small fee will be applied to our monthly guests. |
